Our return policy is designed to accommodate your needs while ensuring a fair process for all parties involved.

This Return Policy is an integral part of the Terms & Conditions of the Site.

Eligibility for Returns

All rental vehicles are eligible for return, provided they meet the conditions outlined below. To ensure a seamless return process, please initiate your return within the specified time frame and adhere to the return conditions.

Return Period

For domestic rentals within Georgia, vehicles can be returned within 14 days of the rental start date. If you are renting internationally, vehicles can be returned within 21 days of the rental start date.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the rental vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was rented. This means the vehicle should not show signs of excessive wear, damage, or alterations. Additionally, all accessories and documents provided with the vehicle at the time of rental must be returned.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] or call us at +995 574 116 066. Provide your rental agreement number, the vehicle details, and the reason for the return. Our team will then provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Return Process

Once you have your RA number, securely return the vehicle to our office at 67 Giorgi Saakadze Street, Tbilisi, Georgia. Ensure that all the accessories and documents are included. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted. If you are unable to return the vehicle to our office, please inform our Customer Service team to discuss alternative arrangements.

Inspection and Refunds

Upon receiving the returned vehicle, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. This inspection process may take up to 5 business days. If the vehicle passes the inspection, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the rental, and it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Fees and Charges

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs if applicable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Additionally, any late returns or returns that do not meet the return conditions may incur additional fees.

Damaged or Defective Vehicles

If you receive a damaged or defective vehicle, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement vehicle or a refund at no additional cost to you.
